GLO Wellness reserves the right to charge a $150 if the patient does not attend or cancels the scheduled appointment without providing a 48-hour notice.

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time, but GLO Wellness reserves the right to reschedule appointments if the patient is more than 15 minutes late and charge the cancellation fee. 

Initial Consult fee is $150, which will be waived if treatment is started that day. If patient decides to schedule an appointment for future services, the consult fee of $150 will be deducted at that appointment.

At GLO we have a 48 hour Cancellation/No Show Policy in place to ensure patients can get in for appointments in a timely manner & to respect our providers time. Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 48 hours will have $150 charged to the credit card on file. 

If a patient has no shown and/or late canceled 3 times, the patient will then be required to prepay in full for future services at time of booking appointment. The amount pre-paid for is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. If appointment is rescheduled prior to 48 hours of the appointment time, the amount paid will be credited for future services at GLO.

We respect our Providers’ time as she is booked out weeks to months ahead, and we have a significant waiting list. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps.  We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the GLO team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you & future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. The two week follow-up appt is vital to help patients achieve their desired results. Patients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.

Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days for the same product only.
